Our response to Covid-19

As South Australia continues to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak, the staff at AEU wish to express our commitment to the health and safety of our staff, suppliers and customers.

We have therefore assessed the risks associated with COVID-19 and implemented appropriate control measures; these include:

• Closely monitoring and following official advice from the Federal government
• Employing social distancing between workers and customers
• Enforcing each employee to sanitise their hands before, during and after each job
• Ensuring tools and vans are cleaned and disinfected daily
• Implementing procedures to clean and disinfect the work area after completion of each job
• Providing gloves, eye protection and hand sanitiser to each worker
• Providing Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype quotes if preferred

All staff are educated in the environmental cleaning and disinfection principles for COVID-19.

Above all, AUE is committed to providing a reliable, safe and cost-effective electrical services to all South Australians. We’re open during the lockdown for emergency electrical work.
